We,hereby state and represent that it is our corporate intention to purchase the commodity mentioned in
the terms and conditions below.
Further more, we confirm, under penalty of perjury, and to the best of our knowledge, that we are financially capable of
positively completing the purchase of the commodity referred to as “Yellow Corn” as per quantities and price specified in
the terms and conditions shown below.
This representation is made with full corporate authority and responsibility.
All parties recognize this is a non-binding Letter of Intent (LOI) subject to a forthcoming Full Corporate Offer (FCO) from
the seller.
Thereafter the buyer issues Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) and then a draft contract will be issued by the
seller to be received and approved by the buyer.

• PROTEINS: 8.0 % Min
• MOISTURE: 14.0 % Max
• HEAT DAMAGED KERNELS ( part of total ): 0.2 % Max
• BROKEN KERNELS and Foreign Materials: 4 % Max
• TOTAL DAMAGED KERNELS: 5 % Max
• RADIATION: NONE
• AFLATOXINE: 20 PPB Max
• FREE OF: POISONOUS SEEDS/HUSKS, MOLDINGS, CHEMICALS PESTS OR ALIVE IINSECTS
• Minimum Weight per Bushel: 54 lbs
• CROP: Real Time / Fresh Crop in Country of Origin.
