The company is a traditional family group of companies found by experts having experience in sintered metal and special ceramics of mechanical seal field for many years with variety co-operation, related manufacturing enterprises.
Rock started its production with these advanced powder products and thereafter in-house R&D and with continuous efforts in quality and production program improvement. Now we have a highly competent team, which possess sintered, casting ,sealing, bearing, mechanical aspects of the abundant professional and technical personnel and the quality of a good sales power, and equipped with advanced testing and productive instruments. Rock Metal Product Co., Ltd consists of four divisions:
Sinter metal Division various sintered structure components, including complex geometry shapes and higher mechanical performance and accuracy demands of structure components and gear parts.
Lawnmower parts Division include ventilated deck, bearings, shaft, pulley, washer, bolt nut, structure components etc. Especially deck spindles/ spindle assemblies.
Mechanical seal Division mechanical seals & seal faces(SIC, TC, Ceramics, Carbon, Cermet, Fluon), own-brand seals, equivalent to Burgmann, John Crane and customized seals; floating seals; packing rings; graphite bearing; bearing protectors.
Bearing Division sintered oil-bearings, miniature deep groove ball bearings, various special nonstandard stainless bearings and all-ceramic bearings(ZrO2, Si3N4, SiC, Al2O3).
