Introducing a REVOLUTIONARY NEW TECHNOLOGY for processing waste glass. Our technology relies on IMPLODING waste glass using “MECHANICALLY PRODUCRED TARGETED HARMONIC VIBRATION”. Our machines are NOT CRUSHERS.

Traditionally, glass is processed by various methods of “crushing”. Our machines are NOT CRUSHERS; we do not employ any variation of traditional “crushing”. Our technology relies on IMPLODING waste glass using “MECHANICALLY PRODUCRED TARGETED HARMONIC VIBRATION

Under contract from the UK manufacturers, Metropolis is the sole distributor of this new glass implosion technology in Poland and other countries in the region and Metropolis is responsible for seeking distributor partners for this technology. We are seeking clients and distributor partners in the recycling and glass manufacturing sectors who can successfully distribute this revolutionary new technology.
We are require clients and distributors in:
Baltic States, Poland Belarus Czech Republic, Slovakia, Ukraine, Rumania, Bulgaria, Hungry, Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia H., Russia, Former CIS
What is Implosion?
Implosion is a mechanically produced means of instantaneously transferring large amounts of kinetic energy from very high speed rotating blades into glass. When the special blades momentarily come into contact with glass, an instantaneous transfer this energy establishes a harmonic vibration through the glass, causing it to IMPLODE in on itself. The greater the energy transfer the smaller the glass fragments. Thus, by controlling energy transfer, the resultant size range distribution of produced glass fragments can be “tuned” to requirements. This cuts down on waste product because a higher percentage of the glass is imploded to the correct fraction size compared with traditional crushed cullet methods.
Cullet Output from Imploders
Implosion causes glass to implode in on itself and break according to the structure of the glass. This produces a sharp-free non-abraded cullet of various fraction sizes. All traditional crushing technologies break glass across the glass structure and produce sharp, angular, abraded fractions. Because implosion breaks the glass according to its structure, imploded glass cullet is sub-angular, non-abraded and shard and sharp free. Imploded glass is, safer to handle, has a wider range of applications than crushed glass and performs better than any similar crushed class product. Glass implosion machines can process waste glass into glass chips (10mm to 30mm), granules (2mm to 10mm), “sand” (1mm to 2mm) or glass “flour” (200 microns to 1,000 microns).
