The company produces the seamless steel tube strictly according to the domestic and international standards. Round steel bar is introduced from China famous Huai steel and ZhongTian steel,then the company makes cold drawing or cold rolling seamless steel tube.The process are including perforation, pickling, phosphating, saponification, cold drawing, cold rolling, annealing, straightening to get finished products. In the production course,quality control personnels make the sampling inspection about tolerance, surface roughness, mechanical properties to meet customer's final requirements.
The company has advanced production equipment among the seamless steel tube industry.The equipment include one Φ50 reinforced perforation, ten cold drawing lines with the strength from 3 ton to 120 ton,six cold rolling line from Φ30 to Φ60，one heat treatment furnace with 40 meters length, one VF-7 type automatically eddy current testing machine, six straightening machine and other auxiliary machine.
Up to now, the products of the company contain structure seamless steel tube, transmission fluid tube, hydraulic tube, honed steel tube and other tube product.The OD(outside diameter) range is 4-300 mm,TH(thickness) range is 0.7-25mm. the minimum torlence can reach -0.025 to +0.025 mm,The roughness range can get to 0.2 micron. Because of rich variety ,the products have a wide market. The products sell well from south GuanZhou to north HaErBin in China, Europe and America, Middle East, Southeast Asia, and other countries.The products are widely used in automobiles, machinery,building,boiler,petrochemical, all kinds of chain pipe, electric power, space, ports, ships, Bridges, sports, decoration, textile machinery, and other kinds of field.
