Co-extrusions up to five separate layers, as well as over-extrusions of rigid substrates. Difficult and intricate extrusions. Materials extruded include: ABS, ABS/PC, Acetal, Alcryn, CAB, Crystal Polystyrene, Delrin, Flexible PVC, Glass filled resin, HDPE, LDPE, Nylon, Polycarbonate, Polypropylene, Polystyrene, Polyurethane, PVC Alloy, Rigid PVC, Santoprene, Teflon FEP, Urethane and Wood filled resin. Profiles ranging in size from 1/16" to 5" pipe or 10" profile with a virtually unlimited length. Secondary operations include drilling, punching, milling, sawing, printing, application of tape and sub-assembly work.
